This programme is tailored to specific client requirements and is delivered as a two or three day programme as appropriate.
The Training Skills Master Programme is provided as a refresher and update to highly experienced trainers who have achieved a training qualification or have extensive on the job experience. Also ideal for supervisors and managers who actively and regularly deliver training in the workplace on a part time basis.
Programme Aim
The aim of the programme is to provide the critical skills, knowledge and attitude to deliver highly participatory, relevant and engaging group training with emotional intelligence in accordance with international best practice in adult learning.

Objectives
At the end of this programme participants will be able to:
- Demonstrate the importance of two way communication in learning and achieve 100% understanding 100% of the time
- Achieve a quantum leap in emotional intelligence, the critical ingredient to connect with learners
- Utilize a range of highly participatory training tools that provides sufficient variety to engage participants morning, noon & night.
- Appreciate own personal comfort zone when facilitating highly participatory group training

Delivery
The programme is delivered in a highly participatory manner applying the 80:20 Rule, whereby, the trainer aims to achieve 80% of the content from the participants and deliver the further 20% content omitted. This is a rule of thumb and varies dramatically. A range of interactive tools are employed to ensure focus, action orientation and balanced participation. The programme is delivered in a light-hearted manner and focuses on relevant skills, knowledge and attitudes that deliver results.
