Digital Training Room
During the COVID-19 pandemic, MCX Training & Development had great success transferring to a digital classroom.
The following digital training applies:
- Training is delivered remotely through our subscription to Zoom software
- The maximum number of learners per digital classroom is 10, to ensure maximum participation and interaction
- The use of an external camera, microphone and laptop (exclusively used for this purpose) ensure clarity of audio and visual resolution, with surround visuals and sound
- Each learner receives, by email, a welcome note and an invitation to the Zoom Classroom and a link to test the technology prior to delivery date
- Training packs with programme content, assessment details, information and materials are sent, by post, to the learner prior to programme start date
