Participatory Learning
MCX Training & Development provides a range of supports to aid and abet participatory learning. These supports include a Learner Chat Room where participants can interact with each other and the trainer throughout the training programme.
After the programme, learners are automatically entered into a general learner forum archive where all past MCX participants can continue to share with and learn from other past participant experiences and challenges transferring the learning to the workplace.

Resource Materials
A range of resource materials relating to international best practice are available to past learners to further facilitate the transfer of learning to the workplace. These resources include recommended books, articles and other publications that support, spark further interest and embed the learning achieved during training programme time.
The Blog is written by our lead trainer Michael Cox and includes observations, stories and other snippets relating to business management, leadership development, managing people and business training.
