MCX Training & Development focuses on the key ingredients to being an effective trainer/supervisor/manager/team lead in accordance with best practice in adult learning with a generous portion of inputs from our almost 30 years of experience working with trainers, supervisors, managers and adult learners. Best practice in adult learning is utilized, each and every day that MCX trains. We bring our expertise to all our training programmes and ensure that each learner can develop and understand themselves and their workers.
“Best practice in adult learning is utilised, each and every day that MCX trains.”
The MCX unique approach to training is light hearted and practical in focus. It has attracted trainers, managers and supervisors with 10, 20 and 30 years training experience to attend programmes. We are particularly noted for our ability to connect with participants and deliver learner centred training focused on relevant content, as agreed with participants during initial contracting with them; then delivered at a pace, language and level suited to the group.
Each day session will commence and conclude with a review of learning achieved to date.
The method of assessment is focused on providing learners with an opportunity to celebrate their learning and as a result is straight forward and honest without any obscurity.
In addition to completing the programme evaluation sheet provided, participants are facilitated in a workshop format to identify what aspects of the programme they would like to see more of and less of. This feedback is reviewed and each programme modified accordingly in accordance with MCX’s polices for evaluation and continuous improvement.
